The members of the 2018 Antigonish Highland Games Committee  dedicate time to ensure the rich culture of highland Scottish immigrants to northeastern Nova Scotia is remembered. Each year since 1863 a gathering has occurred. The Highland Games is a focal point, while concerts, dances, suppers and family reunions allow Antigonish to play host to the many cultures; Aboriginal, Scots, Dutch, Irish, English, Acadian, and more making this area their home.
